1. The alternating color digital scanning system ensures that the complete image of the entire PCB board is obtained through one scan, so as to achieve high-speed inspection, scanning a medium size PCB board (250*330mm) only 12 seconds.
2. The PCB substrate net height is expanded up to 40mm and down to 60mm.PCB boards containing high components can also be inspected.
3. The use of telecentric focusing lens and automatic digital Photosystem has greatly enhanced the repeatability and compatibility of the machine, thus ensuring the high accuracy of the inspection results. In addition, Optical character recognition, polarity check and solder paste condition check functions are realized by using high brightness MLT lighting system, and clearer real images are obtained.
4. The 18 micron high resolution color linear CCD ensures accurate and stable inspection of the solder condition of 0201(0603) micro-chip components and 0.4mm pin pitch IC components.
5. Shortening of inspection process time In the process of confirming various appearance defects, the technology of image processing in memory is used to shorten the inspection waiting time.
6. With the bar code recognition function, the identified bar code can be used in combination with other analysis software platforms to establish the status record of each production base plate.
7. Using the OK signal function, you can optionally equip the OK signal function, and press the OK signal to judge the substrate with good products, which can prevent the problem of inspecting missing items.
