The electric heating alloy wire is used as the heating material, and the temperature can reach more than 100 degrees. The heated object can maintain a certain temperature distribution as required. The electric heating energy directly generates heat inside the heated object, so the thermal efficiency is high, the heating speed is fast, and the overall uniform heating can be achieved according to the heating process requirements, During the electric heating process, there is little waste gas, residue, and smoke generated, which can keep the heated object clean and not pollute the environment.
2. Precision metering Screw pump: because of the special geometric shape of the two parts, the Screw pump forms a separate sealed chamber. The medium flows evenly from the axial direction. The internal flow rate is low, the volume remains unchanged, and the pressure is stable, so there is no vortex and agitation. The output pressure of each stage pump is 0.6MPa, the head is 60m (clean water), and the self-priming height is generally more than 6m. Since the stator is made of a variety of elastic materials, this pump has the characteristics that ordinary pumps cannot be competent for in the transportation of high viscosity fluids and media containing hard suspended particles or media containing fibers. The Screw pump is compact in structure, small in size, simple in maintenance, strong in adaptability to media, stable in flow, and small in pressure pulsation, High self priming ability. The working temperature can reach 120 ℃.
3. Adopting an upward movement glue closing structure, the glue stops and instantly absorbs and breaks the glue, reducing the residual glue on the remaining needle head and preventing leakage, wire drawing, and other phenomena during glue dispensing. The rubber valve body is anodized with aluminum alloy, and the sealing material is made of the latest tetrafluoroethylene material. The contact part with the colloid is made of corrosion-resistant material.
